Cancellation  Policy

All bookings are flexible and refundble 

Flexible = date can be changed at any time subject to availability

refundable = in the event of cancellation up to 1 week before , you can receive a voucher or a full refund

If you are travelling and arriving via a cruise ship, payments and deposits are  refundable in the event that weather prevents your cruise ship from docking or tethering at the port.

after 24h 50% refund

In the event of a change of cruise ship itinerary for any other reason a refund will not be due.
Change or cancellation for any other reason will not be grounds for a refund.  In these cases, please refer to your travel insurance arrangements.
